The utilizations of advanced way to improve the candidate's interest and enthusiasm for learning, mobilize students'initiative in promoting educational reform, change teaching conception, through interaction and discussion to grasp the basic content of the examination and knowledge. This paper outlines the establishment of an open system, the purpose of examination, Significance, framework and related technologies, including J2EE specification. Spring,Struts2,EXTJS etc framework Web Service technology,XML Storage mechanism and related DTD,Schema. XSLT. XPath,DOM4J Mode of operation; Contrast the technical characteristics of each part, and then the application development platform is determined. This paper combines the application requirements analysis, functional classification and system design, and completes a comprehensive discussion of system functional modules, including questions management, self-service and various functional modules, interface design, dependency design, session design, XML schema design are completed. Application interfaces, class structure, dependencies, interactive sessions, XML mode etc design of technical points. This paper, being based on XML data storage, analyzed the key implementation steps and methods of persistence layer encapsulation, including graphics, images and other non-text file access functions, question exchange by web service technology, construction of system pages using ExtJS framework and unit tests via JUnit framework. Finally, this paper summarized the major work of the research, and further research prospects are given.
