The user interface is an important part of the entire software system, the development of the user interface took up almost half of the resources. Therefore, the level of user interface in development efficiency has become the key factors of the software system in improving the efficiency. Meanwhile, the early models of interface and theirs corresponding user interface development environments, such as Teallach, Mobi-D, FUSE, weren't suitable for the special description of Web-based software interface and the supporting that the code automatically generated. Therefore, the paper introduces the study of the interaction model.According to the interactive features of Web user interface, the paper defines the application elements of the interactive model in developmenting Web interface, and on this basis, implements the rapid interface development tools based interaction model. In the end, the paper take example for the rapid development of the pension system interface, through using the method of unified software development process and iterative means, from a simple business process of the system, it uses rapid interface development tool in the interface of the system for requirements analysis, design, realization and so on, and lastly, completes the rapid development of simple modules in pension system.Validated through the pension system, the rapid interface development tools used in system interface of Web development is feasible, and it greatly improves the development efficiency in software system and the quality of software code, raises the technologic level in developing enterprise software. And there is practical reference value on developing the Web interface software.
