Digital communication technology includes digital baseband signal transmission, digital signal transmission frequency band, network and protocol, adaptive equalization, power spectrum estimation techniques. This detailed study of the frequency band digital signal transmission, adaptive equalization techniques, power spectrum estimation and symbol rate estimation.First introduced the commonly used digital communication signals in the principle of modulation and demodulation and signal error performance are studied. Subsequent digital signal adaptive equalization algorithm in the LMS, RLS and Kalman algorithm has done a detailed study and comparison. And blind equalization and technological development were discussed.Then the power spectrum of the digital signal is estimated that a detailed study of the classical spectral estimation algorithm in the direct method and indirect method, modern spectral estimation algorithm in the AR model for power spectrum estimation algorithms and nonparametric spectral estimation algorithm in-depth study.Finally focus on how to use wavelet transform to the digital communication signal symbol rate estimation. In this paper, the algorithm is validated through Matlab simulation demonstrated that in the actual project is feasible, but there are still some shortcomings and deficiencies algorithm, requires constant improvement.
