Direct volume rendering technique has obvious advantages in three-dimensional volume data processing and performance characteristics of information, so as one of the main branches of scientific computing visualization technology, direct volume rendering techniques attract more and more attention and research. Currently, the direct volume rendering technology research is focusing on two points, one is to accelerate the drawing speed and increase real-time interactivity, the other is to improve the drawing results and show more image information. A lot of the improved algorithms, which come from four kinds of the classic volume rendering algorithm, are brought out based on these studies. The main idea of these algorithms is minimize the quantity of computation without influencing the effect of final image. In this paper, three-dimensional volume data is rebuilt by three-dimensional texture volume rendering algorithms basing on pre-integration classification and GPU programming. The principal tasks are as follows:First, the advantages and disadvantages of the four classic algorithms are theoretically analyzed. By comparing to the three-dimensional texture volume rendering algorithms basing on pre-integration classification, the improved results acquiring by pre-integration classification algorithms are educed theoretically, and the application steps of the pre-integration classification algorithm is demonstrated in three-dimensional texture volume rendering.Second, according to the three-dimensional texture volume rendering algorithm based on the pre-integration, GPU programming is made on the basis of C using OpenGL, and the predominant capability of graphics card in image processing is fully exerted to speed up the three-dimensional reconstruction. Comparing with the traditional volume rendering algorithm, the method used in this paper significantly improve the speed of three-dimensional reconstruction and results of three-dimensional reconstruction.
