The progressive development of Web make it more facilitate to users, while also building up a bridge of communication with users. Based on simple browsing pages to access information through Web 1.0 era, Web 2.0 forms are more diverse, and focus more on interaction of business enterprise and the users. In the Web 2.0 era put forward higher requirements to the enterprise on information capture and distribution capacity, the concept of open source become more and more into the enterprise.This paper intends to develop a more high degree of openness of resources and faster access speed system platform based on the existing enterprise information system architecture. The project is intend to improve the enterprise's ability of information crawl and management capacity.Compared with SOA, REST framework principle make full use of the HTTP protocol to achieve the CRUD operation the resource, eliminating the need for closure SOAP envelop. It is more with the Web ideas. The contained information in RSS Feed can be directly invoked by other terminals and services use, such as PDA, cell phone, mailing lists and so on, because this data is standard XML format. Mashup provides a new method to provide users with a newer more comprehensive page, using the different data sources, or even the entire resources of different nature synthesis of targeted services, instead of the user to search for relevant information to the outside.This papers based on the business requirements of a car manufacturer's vehicle sales management, detailed analysis of the automobile manufacturers and distributors of business flow Process. Meanwhile, the combination of REST architecture theory and mashup, RSS technology, sales management system functions of order management business resources re-design and implementation of system information from the increase openness and access channels to the exploratory attempt.
