The Design And Study Of The Human Resource Management System Based On The C# Programming Technology

Digitalization, informatization and cyberization are often used to describe the 21st century. With information being ubiquitous nowadays, information resources have amounted to substantial wealth in every department. It is an important condition for the development of an enterprise to establish an information system that can meet the information processing requirements of every department, thus the Enterprise HRMS (Human Resource Management System) comes into being. In view of the special need of enterprise human resource management, this thesis elaborates on the characteristics of the HRMS, designs and realizes the Enterprise HRMS. The basic information modules include two subfuctions: the data basses and the employee prompt message. Human resource module is divided into personnel archive browsing, personnel information inquiry and personnel information statistics. The memo record module has two functions: the daily record keeping and the address list. The data base module is to back up and restore database as well as clear database. Management tools module consists of the memo pad and the calculator. System management module is made up of three subfuctions: re-login, user settings and system exit.This paper investigates into five aspects: the design objective and thought of the system, the choice of system hardware, the design of functional modules, technical realization and system security.Adopting C# technology combined with the database realization is one of the ways to realize such management systems. Based on a detailed description of the C# technology, this paper lays emphasis on the exploitation process of the Enterprise HRMS which is based on the C# technology. The C/S framework is adopted. The C/S framework is the Client and the Server structure that is familiar to us. It is a software system, through which the advantages of the hardware environment at the two ends can be fully made use of and the tasks can be properly assigned to the Client and the Server, which reduces the communication cost of the system.On the basis of a detailed analysis of the needs of the system, the design plan of the system was got, the database was designed and established, functional modules were designed and realized, and concrete realization processes of system security management, system performance optimization project and others were carried out.During nearly one-year-long formal operation in Changchun Hengjia Real Estate CO. Ltd., the HRMS has contributed a lot to the informatization construction of the enterprise and has been praised by the enterprise. Yet some shortcomings and defects have also been disclosed, which to some degree has affected the expansion of the enterprise functions. Therefore, as program designers, only by continuously promoting our professional and technical level and cultivating managing and creating thinking can we adapt to the demanding requirements of creative information talents in the contemporary age.
