This paper fully describes the impulsive radio noise theory and application history of the development and progress of technology in this field to track the latest developments. Then through the wireless communications and statistical signal processing theory, the impulsive radio noise classification, statistical model, APD on the rationale of statistical parameters were discussed. Later, derivate the mathematical relationships among the statistical parameters of the noise.Finally,obtain the relationship between parameters and the the error rate of digital systems by computer simulation,and demonstrate whether it constitutes a necessary and sufficient conditions for error rate.Full-text Innovations performances are as follows:1.Presents a study of impulsive noise using statistical parameters of the new method, applied to the design, analysis and performance estimation of the communication systems, the analysis points out the shortcomings of traditional detection.2The probability distribution of random subject to the typical APD characteristics of a signal is derived. Based on numerical analysis, preliminary discuss of the noise modeling, establishing a reasonable accuracy the noise source model.3.Based on the traditional basis of the study on the white noise, add pulse interference mechanism to study and simulation of communication systems.4.Derived from a mathematical perspective: parameter for the communication system is sufficient and necessary to be able to introduce a reasonable conclusion.As a result of the article to space limitations, this work aimed at the above-mentioned aspects, for impulsive model and the analysis of statistical parameters still need to be continued in-depth study of the full text of the final papers were summarized and pointed out the future research directions.
