The influence of two different transfer time delay on networked control system (NCS) performance is studied in section 1, sufficient conditions and state feedback controllers ensuring the systems asymptotically stable are presented for each different time delay respectively. NCS with packet dropout, wherein the controller is PID, output feedback or state feedback is modelled as asynchronous dynamical systems with rate constraints in section 2, a sufficient condition for exponential stability of the system is pointed out, and a necessary condition for the usage of the sufficient condition is proposed. NCS with time delay, packet dropout and disturbance is converted into a new discrete-time system in section 3, two new state feedback controllers which can make the closed-loop system exponentially stable and meet prescribed or optimal robust performance index are presented.
