Design And Implementation Of The Web Site Of The Library Based On J2EE

Accompanying the advent and rapid development of the internet, types of the social information resource and methods of the information's generation and release take a big change. The traditional information delivering mode with printed document is gradually replaced by the mode with digital form. Because of the limit in the traditional library collection resource and methods of processing and service, the service mode of traditional document information has been unable to provide users information resource integration services across the time and the space. The internet possesses many advantages, such as wide scope, rich resource, digital storage and unlimited time and space. Therefore, the library construct the web site and collect, process, store and deliver information depend on internet, is the tendency of the library's development in future. Construction of the library's web site is not only the necessary stage of the digital library's construction but also the foundation of the digital library.According to the project "Design and Implementation of The Web Site of The Library Based on J2EE", this paper expounds the whole process that's from requirement analysis to system design and program, and expound the design process with UML tools. According to the implementation of designing the web's MVC structure mode, this paper expound that how to use Sturts, Spring and Hibernate to program the library web and validate the advantage of lightweight framework, such as good non-invasive, reusability, expandability and high development efficiency. In addition, this web also uses AJAX that is a technology which is used in creating interactive web. Ajax can update the web locally via exchanging data with the web server without updating the whole web.This web's design and implementation can provide certain reference help for developing the library web based on JSP and the web that uses Struts, Spring and Hibernate frameworks.
