LMIS (Logistics Management Information System) is a kind of advanced management thinking method applied to the control of production, sell, purchase and inventory. LMIS is an important tool using modern technology and method in our country enterprise. Implementing LMIS can bring economic benefit for enterprise. However, the system developed by the traditional method can't satisfy the new requirements of enterprise. Compare with traditional LMIS, the system based on operation soft platform has excellent characters such as taking custom as center, fast orientation the business change, fast supporting the business enterprise process reorganize, the depth satisfies the customer need, and raising customer satisfaction by lowest cost in the biggest degree.In this paper, we first talk about the disadvantages of traditional LMIS software development were found out through analysis the characters of our country enterprise information, and significance of the new develop method——based on operation soft platform was concluded. The necessity and the design principle of this develop method were brought forward.Based on a total function design to the logistics information system, the function module of this system includes Comprehensive management module, sale management module, finance management module, warehouse management module and system management module.Following according to the concrete need of the customer, integration project and detailed system design of Logistics information system were studied, and detailed system design and development were carried out for some function of the sale management module and warehouse management module.The conclusion shows that the software development based on operation soft platform has better integration, quickly vividness and technique irrelevance.
