In general, people mostly upgrade the firewall and virus-killing software to defend that, but it can not prevent the computer controlled and the document stolen in the computer from just upgrade the software in the computer. In terms of hardware is introduced.Several programs of embedded hardware connected to the internet are described in this article, and then the one which adapts to the text best from those is chosen, and the unit for testing frequence of the signal with the ATmegal61 as the core is designed. Some other units, such as serial unit, display unit etc are also introduced. In terms of software, this article describes how to replant the embedded real-time operation system,μC/OS-II, and used in the equipment. The status of network security at home and abroad and the significance of the research are introduced in the article. The tasks as the following are finished. Firstly, combining the network security situation and protective measures at home and abroad, a new response program is proposed. Secondly, through several programs of embedded hardware compared, the module of ZNE-10T is chose for the equipment; the module is debugged and the relatively parameter is configured. The differential signal exchanged to TTL signal is realized and that has prepared for the following design. Thirdly, the hardware based on ATmegal61 of measuring data stream is designed and realized; the design of application layer program and the replant of embedded real-time operating systemμC/OS-Ⅱare realized. The on and off of the network controlled by hardware and the data stream from the computer controlled are realized.Summing up, through consulting a lot of related document and literature, hardware designed and software programming of the device have been finished. The actual test in the lab indicates that based on data stream of the net work, the control of physical on and off of the computer network is realized. The operation of it is very simple and it can realize real physical network cut off with no influence of the computer virus. Therefore, this design has a application and market prospects at the field of network security.
