Design And Implementation Of Variable Container In Distributed Device Monitoring System

With the development of science and the continuous development of network technology, the distribution and variable of device is increasingly complex.Taking an effective monitoring of existing equipment is an important factor to insure the system security. The traditional device monitorings were almost based on SNMP.But the SNMP requests device has self-storage capabilities,which makes it difficult to cope with device whose imformation will lost once the power is cut off.SNMP is lack of the management of the historical records,and it doesn't support the management of multiple centers coordinated.In accordance with these shortcomings, this paper proposes the design idea of distributed device monitoring system,which considers the monitoring of device to be read-write state variables and control variables,and it adopts sub-grading, sub-domain management mode to implement the monitoring of device.Through the variable management, it fulfills the monitoring of system device.The monitoting system is consisted of variable editor,variable container and gateway.Variable editor is used as the system interface with the user,the control information is stored in the variable container,variable container distributed configuration information to the device through Gateway.The device stores information into variable container through the gateway,the user view the information of variable container through variable editor.This paper contains the design and implementation of the variable container and the gateway in monitoring system,Variable container storges the variable instance relys on the indorsement of embeded databas SQLite3 and refer to the data synchronization in distributed database.Otherwise,Variable container is divided into sub-containers and variable container with retention of hair variable to accomplish the uploading and issued of state variables and control variables,which avoids the data redundancy that the communication between variable container may caused.The communication of updates between containers in different nodes shows the automation of device monitoring.The design and implemation of the gateway supplys the communication bridge between variable container and device to ensure that the container and device can communicate normally.The Internet Communication Engineering middlemare(ICE)is used as the communication platform to ensure the communication between heterogeneous environment reliability and efficiency,and solve the problems of the monitoring of on-line device effectively.
