The Design Of The Rotary Scanning Network Control System Of Sonar

Along with the extension of the control system scale and fast development of network technologyt,the excellent capability has made network control system based on programmable logic controller(PLC) widely applied in the industrial control field. The rotary scanning sonar testing device is the system designed for sonar test institute. This thesis design a sonar test device and it's remote monitoring system with PLC,transducer,coder,switches,industrial computer,touch screen according to specific requirements,and can automatically continuous movement,step movement,the function of long- distance controled by hand and the on-the-spot controled by hand etc.The system has solved efficiently the problem existing in the traditional way,and use ethernet.field bus and device network to get signals from lower level,data processing in intermediate-level,and upper level monitoring and management of organically combined.Which has various supplementary functions to strengthen the reliability,promotes the systematic overall performance.This thesis introduces the overall program design of sonar test system,include electrical system design,remote network monitoring design and system interface design.Q00J PLC is the center controller in this system,QD70P4 motion control module control motor driver,and PLC,motor driver,motor,code form a close-loop control system to achieve a highly control precision.The popular industrial control GUI is adopted in monitoring modules.This paper describes electrical system design,network control module design and monitoring module design in detail.Electrical system contains the PLC and its modules,distribution of PLC input/output(I/O) port,motor,touch screen,and control circuit.Remote network monitoring module contains remote operator station network connection,assisted monitoring program with VC.System interface include industrial machine monitoring interface software,touch screen and assisted monitoring interface. Finally,this thesis gives a summary of the system and some points need to be improved.
