| In recent years, with China's rapid economic development, and instrumentation industries developed rapidly, Zuowei an important branch of instrumentation, gas detection instrumentation applications wide range of areas, covering industry, agriculture, transportation, technology, environmental protection, national defense, aerospace and daily life and so on. However, some occasions, the laying of the more difficult route, especially in many complex industrial situations, to enormous difficulties in the detection of gas, thereby increasing the potential causes of accidents. This article is designed based on MSP430 MCU features a wireless transceiver gas detection device, a good solution to this problem.Measuring instrument is designed to improve system stability, measurement precision, real-time transmission of data for the purpose. First of all, in the paper using MSP430F149 as a controller chips, the concentration of combustible gas detection principle, and secondly, the article gives the design method, circuit and related procedures. The system consists of gas signal acquisition circuit, the wireless transceiver circuit, temperature compensation circuit and the corresponding control circuit, using nRF905 wireless transceiver chip, open real-time transmission of data, and in order to improve accuracy and performance such as the power system, design used a series of improvement measures, such as the use of the appropriate components, using the appropriate circuit layout and wiring, etc. to interference and increase the temperature compensation circuit to reduce the temperature on the measurement accuracy resulting from the impact. Finally, the device was tested and the experimental results, and errors are analyzed.Designed and developed a wireless transceiver features the concentration of combustible gas detection instruments, experimental results show that the instrument to improve the gas concentration detection accuracy, high reliability, suitable for installation of complex application environment, which can meet most industrial field use. |
