With the rapid development of computer and electronic communication technology, global economic is going into the information economic era. Information security becomes one of the most important problems which need be solved at once in information society. Proxy signature, which is a particular digital signature scheme, could realize proxy problem that can't be solved in common digital signature scheme. According to proxy revocation and the unconditional trusts to the Private Key Generator this paper combines blind signature with proxy signature and an id-based designated verifier proxy blind signature schemes without trusted Private Key Generator, an id-based proxy blind signature scheme with proxy revocation. Moreover, by applying the method and the devised idea of two schemes above, the paper designs multiple banks e-cash system based blind proxy signature.Firstly, an ID-based designated verifier proxy blind signature schemes without trusted Private Key Generator is designed. The scheme adopts that Private Key Generator only generate partial private key for original signer and proxy signer to solve the problem of unconditional trusted Private Key Generator, and in the scheme only the designated person can verify the signature's validity while other people can not.Secondly, an ID-based proxy blind signature scheme with proxy revocation is designed. On the basis of the predecessors'research on ID based proxy blind signature, the scheme uses the binding-blinding technique to eliminate the secure channel requirements and the time stamp technique to revoke delegation capability. It makes the previous signature is still valid after the delegation capability was revoked.Finally, by applying the delegation generation method of the id-based designated verifier proxy blind signature scheme above and the devised idea and method of the id-based blind proxy signature scheme with proxy revocation above. Multiple banks e-cash system based blind proxy signature is designed. On the basis of multi-bank e-cash model, each part of the protocol is fully described. The protocols includes the design of the system parameters, the issuing protocol, the withdraw protocol, the payment protocol, the deposit protocol and anonymity revocation. Then the security of the protocol is analyzed.
