Research Of Network Security And Its Implementation Based On IPv6

IPv6 and its applicatios has been become the hot spots of the academic and the commercial world, along with the CERNET2 - the core network of the next generation network CNGI opened officially. The firewall's function and the security agreement of the IPv6(IPSec) have been comparied in this paper, and has obtained the necessity of the firewall which existed under the IPv6 agreement, and proposed a firewall strategy which unified the IPSec effectively.In order to confirm this strategy's feasibility, this article has built the IPv6 experiment and realized the firewall system's major function. This paper introduced the system's construction in details, as well as realized the flow chart and algorithm of the package filtration. Finally, this article has done the experiment and the analysis to system's function, the performance and the security.It has tested firewall's filtration latency, through the mathematical formula, calculated the network throughput of the firewall which handled with this strategy in the experiment. And it has simulated the viral package, transmits the data packet, has tested the anti-virus attacking capability of the firewall. Tests through the experiments had proven this strategy was effective.
