The space optical communication becomes a new direction of optical communication because of its advantages as broad bandwidth, high bit rate, high security and good performance on anti-jamming. The transmitting module of signal optical including such as optical generating, modulating, emitting and keeping optical wave stabilization, is very important in optical communication system.It is researched that the technology of laser modulation is based on LC25W-A integrated by DFB laser and EA modulator in the article. It is analyzed that the choice of laser, method of modulation and coding with high speed. It is specially analyzed the technology of driver, auto-control of temperature, stabilization of wavelength based on LC25W-A. It is emulated and analyzed that the result of the research used the soft OptiSystem which specially for optical communication. Finally it is tested the result on laser modulate system of LC25W-A.
