NdFeB is the important functional materials used in the modern science and technology fields of computer and aerospace etc. Hydrogen decrepitation (HD) process is a necessary means to prepare high performance productions of NdFeB.At present, Hydrogen decrepitation equipment based on control theory to optimal control process is at exploring stage. The Key Problem is hard to detect some complex factors such as hydrogen content in alloy and the degree of crushing etc. It is difficult to construct an accurate mathematical modal for describing movement rule.In modern complicated industrial process,some variables are very hard to be measured or even can not be measured on-line by existing instruments and sensors. Soft sensor is an effective means of implement the on-line evaluation of these variables. At present, soft sensor technique has been one of the most important research areas in process control field.Aiming at the principle and process of hydrogen decrepitation (HD) of NdFeB, this article puts forward on-line measurement of hydrogen decrepitation (HD) of NdFeB based on soft-instrumentation. Using the effective combination between soft-instrumentation and fuzzy PID control, adding the prediction of temperature and pressure, adding the function of gain adaptive.According the detecting parameters of temperature,pressure and material attribute , determined the PID control parameters at next time, realized the real-time dynamic control .So, it can optimize the process of hydrogen decrepitation (HD) and decrease the production cycle. This paper includes:1. In this article, it studied the factors influence the rate of absorbing and desorbing hydrogen in hydrogen decrepitation process.2. Finished the dengineering design of the process control system in NdFeB hydrogen decrepitation (HD).3. Combining with a mass of historical data, it constructed soft-instrumentation model based on Artificial Neural Network, which on the background of the practical process in hydrogen decrepitation (HD). Using MATLAB simulated and verified this soft- instrumentation model. Using the soft-sensing technique, the optimum controlling is realized.4. Preliminary Studied on realization of controlling the process of NdFeB intergranular fracture.This article has reference value for optimize controlling the process of hydrogen decrepitation (HD) by use soft-sensing technique.
