This paper begins with an introduction on the significance of the researching on pulse signal, analyses the research situation of the pulse signal and summarizes the characteristics of the pulse signal and their analysis methods. This paper analyses and processes the pulse signal and then designs the pulse data signal management database. The details works finished are:①The traditional Time-domain algorithm is improved and the Extreme-value-method algorithm is mentioned and they are used in the pulse signal processing and the Time-domain feature of the pulse signal are extracted precisely.②For convenience of calculating the K-value,the pulse signal is fitted by the nonlinear model ,which is a linear combination of Gaussian functions.③The FFT algorithm is analyzed and improved and the FFT algorithm is applied to processing of pulse signal. The frequency spectrum and features of pulse signal are obtained.④Study on power spectrum estimation of pulse signal is done and the features of the power spectum are extracted by using the self-correlation method.⑤The HHT method is introducted into the pulse signal processing and decomposes and the several imf components are extracted.⑥With the MySQL,in the Linux platform,a pulse signal data management system is designed and implemented.
