| Collaboration can save time and increase work efficiency which is mainly used by the enterprise with heave workload and high complexity. The ways or the technologies about product data management during the process of the collaborate work are very important among these technologies. In the other hand, utilizing a computer network for increasing work efficiency always goes along with high risk. The enterprise will have an immeasurable impact and loss, once the achievement was stolen or damaged. It's difficult to prevent information from leaking only depend on consummating management mechanism. Therefore, we must protect the important information inside technically.According to the features of the windchill platform used by the enterprise and the background of researching networked collaborative design and manufacturing systems, designs an intermediate data integrated system, after elaborate requirement analysis and a discussion about the way in which information diffuses, this paper puts forward the design and implement of data security system in collaborative design environment In the environment equipped with data security system, users could transfer data freely without any interference the file will be encrypted automatically when it was transferred out of environment. Using this way, the file exists in a pattern of cryptograph so that anyone who will steal this file can not get the plaintext outside the company.Making good use of the knowledge and skills of hook, network communication and file filter driver, the system realize the corresponding functional modules. The control end controls all the clients with the technology of socket broadcasting communication. Using the program protect module to make the system running smoothly.At last, we set up an environment in the lab and have a functional test of the system. The experimental result shows that system has good performance and it could provide the security of data inside the company. |
