Multi-function, small and portable development direction of the instrument requires that the data acquisition and display technology have better performance in the aere of instrument. So far, most of the data acquisition and display in the market are based on the PC, it dose not convenience to field operations. DSP technology, with characteristics of multi-functional integration, high compute speed and precision, large memory, small size and so on, can solve this problem.In this system, first, a hardware platform based on DSP is constructed. then, the hardware and software of the system are tested by inputting the signal of the vibrating wire sensor. Main finished work include: AD conversion, over-sampling, filtering, FFT transform, Quinn and Rife-Jane algorithm, graphic,frequency spectrum and the result of measuring displayed on LCD. The test results prove that by using the system the frequency measurement accuracy can achieve thousandth and the relative error of measurement within 1%.This paper creatively combines the advantages of Quinn and Rife-Jane algorithm based on FFT to estimate frequency. Taking the advantages of both methods, the paper computes frequency with Quinn method to determine the direction of the interpolation and with Rife-Jane method to calculate the value of interpolation. As a result, high-precision measurement value is obtained.In addition,in this paper a drive circuit for high-current brushless DC motor is designed, built and tested.
