The Application Of Face Recognition Technology In Intelligentized Community

With our country economy developing and life standard rising, safe, comfortable, fast and convenient intelligence residence has become main trend. Security system is essential, which influences residents personal and property safety. Person face recognition technology is used to security system of intelligence residence, and new person face recognition is proposed in this paper.Firstly, the structure of intelligence residence is introduced in detail, and the functions of intelligence residence each constituent are researched wholly. According to the principle of residence structure, combining existing equipments, person face recognition system is established and the structure of system is proposed, which is provided hardware support for realization of the subject.Secondly, principle and method of person face recognition technology is studied. The method based on stationary picture, video sequence, and three-dimensional image are researched. According to the requires of the subject, some preprocessing is done to the image, such as filter, histogram equalization, pre-edge detection and so on, which provide important support of image for realization of future algorithm.Thirdly, the feature extraction method of person face image is proposed which combines wavelet multi-resolution analysis and gradation entropy. In order to raise operating speed, this paper present image features of eye and mouth only which have lots of information, and the method researched images of eye and mouth is interlaced extracting feature vectors.Finally, resident face images are collected to build a database, and image-processing method is proposed in this paper to extract features of image stored in database, then the images are recognized.
