Signal is subjected to external interference and internal equipment noise in the transmission and testing processing inevitably, so that the received signal deviate real signal. To eliminate interference influence, it is necessary to filter the original signal. H∞filtering problem become a hot spot for researchers in recent years.In non-linear systems, time-delay has brought great difficulties for system analysis and filter design. If we ignore the impact of delay in the filter design, it will lead system stability and the level of noise attenuation to bad when time-delay exist. Therefore, the filter study for time-delay systems not only has great theoretical significance, but also the urgent need for the actual control system design and application. The main work the paper as follows:First of all, the article study a problem of dynamic H∞piecewise filtering design for a class of T-S fuzzy systems with time-delay. In order to reduce the conservation which based on the common Lyapunov function approach to design filters, we introduce the dynamic H∞piecewise filtering design method, the basal idea of the method is that partition the premise variable vector place of system rationally, then design the filter for each sub-system in each sub-space respectively.Then, this paper applies dynamic H∞filtering method to fixed topology network of multi agents. We devote to the study of the consensus control and the dynamic H∞filter design problems for network with model uncertainty and external disturbances. In order to facilitate the filter design, we first make the system model reduce order transformation, then based on the reduced-order system, we give a sufficient condition which make the system asymptotic stable, and then construct the form of the consensus dynamic H∞filter, get the sufficient condition which make sure the multi agents system asymptotic consensus and meet the interference suppression H∞performance. Finally, this paper based on the dynamic H∞filter design of multi agents, consider time delay in the process of multi agents information interactive, expresses it into the consensus protocol with time delay, study the problem of consensus dynamic H∞filter design in multi agents time delay network, provide the sufficient condition which make sure the multi agents asymptotic and meet the interference suppression H∞performance, and give the solving method of filter parameters.
