As a new distributed application design platform in Internet, Web Services can be used to package information, behavior, data and business processes. You can call the Web Service as long as all applications accessed to the Internet. Web Services has become one of the most competitive technologies in IT industry that make up of the infrastructure of the enterprises. At present, there are some problems in these Web Services deployed in Internet such as single service, easy and limited functions. In order to use the exiting resources and not to increase the development cost, enterprises would use Web Services composition technology in the new Internet environment to compose required and available new services under the uses' new requests.On the basis of analysis of Web Services and Web Services composition, this paper studied the Web Services dynamic composition technology. The main work of the paper is as follows:1. Analyzed the framework of Web Services forward chain dynamic composition, proposed a new framework of Web Services dynamic composition based on best path. Under the framework, resolved the problems and shortcomings of forward chain method during composition progress.2. Designed a best path dynamic composition algorithm, and achieved the implementation of Web Services dynamic composition by redesign of the heuristic function, and created a composition plan at last.3. Given a Web Services Automatic Conversion Algorithm on the conversion of Web Services to BPEL4WS, produced bell code and WSDL code by inserting the tags that meet the needs of bpel into the algorithm.4. Designed and partly realized the system of Web Services best path dynamic composition with the given framework of best path dynamic composition, and varied the feasibility and effectiveness of the program through the experiment test and analysis.
