Guarantee Management Information System Based On B/S Structure

With the development of our national economy, guarantee agencies has also unceasingly developed and expanded. Guarantee sector is a highly intensive application of information and knowledge industry. Although the business is operating its credit and assuming high risk, but the returns are low. Because of the characteristics of the guarantee business, getting and managing information are vital of to all the guarantee agencies. Therefore, developing a high performance, high reliability information management platform is an effective means for promoting enterprises' competitiveness, controlling and reducing the risk of guarantee business within a new economic environment.Through analyzing the business processes of a guarantee company, data model and Guarantee Information Management System Management System (GMIS) was developed.Referred to the guarantee business processes and aimed at reaching the precision and applied purpose. Through workflow management, GMIS system records the information of business process in details including investigation, evaluation, examination, approval, signing, management, post-loan management, compensatory management, and recovery management. According to the scientific financial analysis and credit-standing assessment, GMIS system is able to control the external risk effectively. Many tools including inquiry, statistics and analysis not only provide decision support for guarantee business management, but also supply quantitative evaluation standards for human resource management and control the internal risk of guarantee agencies.This article used the NET technology and B/S model, based on SQL2005 database, through ADO technology to achieve the connection between WEB page and data server. It has developed a set of credit guarantee information system in order to solve the problems above. Meanwhile, it has many advantages such as friendly interface, simple operation, real-time data sharing, safety and reliability.
