Data Mining (Data Mining), as the hot spots in the field of database research are now being more and more concerned, it's mission is finding useful data in large amounts of data, extracting the information and knowledge that are implied and people do not know but may be useful. Data mining is now one of the forefront research directions in database and information decision-making areas. Data Ming based on association rules is one of the important research methods, it have important theoretical value and broad application prospects.Association Rules Mining is mining knowledge that valuable and describing the links between data items from amount of data. The knowledge refers to expressions look like A?B, in which A and B are feature sets. Apriori algorithm is the most classical algorithm of association rules, but it has two fatal performance bottlenecks: scanning service database repeatedly take a good deal of I/O load and may generate huge candidate sets. This paper focuses on the following aspects of work:(1) Current conditions of data mining Research.(2) Conduct deep research of algorithm association rules (especially Apriori algorithm, the association rules based on the expansion concept lattice), and proposed expansion of constructing dynamic concept lattice and the brief association rules method based on the expansion concept lattice algorithm.(3) Completing some design and development of staff management website. The main association rules are based on the staff management website.(4) On the base of association rules research and theory, we have the expansion concept lattice association rules to use on the staff management website, it has good result.
