As the rapid development of networked manufacturing, Enterprise Information Systems (EIS) need more communication and interaction, share related data and cooperate to complete enterprise business process. However because of history and other all aspects, Enterprise Information Systems are mostly isometric. Therefore, how to provide effective mechanism, realize application integration between isometric EIS, eliminate enterprise information isolated island and optimized enterprise business process has become one problem urgent to solve in information process.This paper builds integration platform for enterprise heterogeneous systems based on semantic web services and studies topology model, hierarchy model,function model of platform and semantic integration technology based on platform. Based on OWL-S (Web Ontology Language for Services) it builds semantic representation model of web services and realizes semantic modeling for integrated object service of platform. Through analyzing deficiency of discovery basic algorithm on semantic web services and designing semantic ontology,it studies service matching algorithm on semantic Web Services based on definition and calculation on semantic matching degree. And through analyzing key problems on web services composition it puts forward services composition model on semantic web services based on QoS (Quality of Service). Finally, it developed prototype system for manufacturing enterprise heterogeneous systems integration platform based on semantic web services,introduced development background, design, implementation, the main function and application interface of system, and combined with application examples to verify the performance of the software on this paper. The dissertation insists on integrating theory research with experiment research, not only establishes the theory model, but also does software implement, and validates model precise and credibility. And on the basis of the current semantic web services, the dissertation further perfects and sets up enterprise resources description model and system service representation model with rich semantic forming semantic-level integration solution so as to reduce integration costs, optimize business processes and improve flexibility and automaticity on flow integration with a very wide potential application prospects. In addition, this study was the expansion of matching and composition models of semantic web services in the Internet environment based on the field of enterprise application integration, and there are certain references to the other semantic-related research field.
