In recent years, virtual reality technology is very active research field. Virtual biology that owns interactive, intelligent and a sense of immersion are very important component of virtual reality system. It makes people go directly to the virtual reality world which the computer creates to control the emergence and development of case. It provides a multi-dimensional information space to give people the feeling of truth. Undoubtedly, virtual and established biological model are the key of virtual reality systems implementation. In the process of virtual system establishing, virtual biological model are essential, and virtual biotechnology will be a combination of a virtual environment and bio-intelligence technology to provide users with a real, vivid, interactive three-dimensional space.In this paper, according to the existing problem of virtual biology model that lacks sense of reality and the constructed model can not satisfy natural biological rule, based on the complexity of the system model and the characteristics of strong alternation and cooperation between various essential factors, this paper proposes a behavioral modeling methods based on fuzzy and evidence theory. The specific process of this method establishes fuzzy sets based on the research of FSM technology and evidence theory principles, according to semantic rules and the brief structure, using fuzzification procedures and fuzzy D-S atomistic simulation rules reflecting the result set of the output spaces. Finally, we get a clear value of the focus elements that are the biological characteristics and property of a model system, which enhance a sense of immersion and accuracy of model system. The practicality and superiority of the proposed constructing model mechanism is confirmed through the experiment. On this basis, we propose a dynamic virtual biology model based on model detection and evaluation of different characteristics. This method according to time-series role of promoting, using model control machine, multi-model structure as well as detection mechanism of the difference of models and real objects control the process of model building, and then judging the degree of the differences through the analysis of the resulting data of established model characteristics. This method narrows the distance between the constructed model characteristics and real biological characteristics, so which improves the sense of immersion of users in virtual reality system. The feasibility and validity of the proposed constructing model mechanism is confirmed through the experiment.Finally, this paper integratedly uses the two types of modeling techniques to establish virtual reality systems, to develop engine and fully displaying the feasibility and application value of the virtual biology model in practical work.
