The data speed of the next generation mobile communication will become much more fast than before with the increasing demand for the data transmission. At present the fouth generation mobile communication system has caught more and more attention. OFDMA, which combines Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) with multiple acess, is the core technique of the fouth generation communication system. It can improve the whole system very much. Cognitive Radio is also one of the key technique of the next generation communication system because of its characteristics. And the introduction of the Game Theory into the resource allocation is a huge breakthrough.At first, in order to solve the problem of resource shortage caused by the universally used fixed resource allocation policy, we studied the dynamic resource allocation schemes in OFDMA system. Then we proposed a kind of distributed resource allocation scheme for underlay model based on the characteristics of Cognitive Radio. A measurement point is introduced in the system model and used to guarantee the data transmission of the liscensed users by kicking out several unliscensed users based on the received feedback messages. Both the liscensed users and the unliscensed users are able to transmit data without interference with the interference tempreture limit. There exists a Nash Equilibrium, which is exclusive, in the scheme. The simulation results showed that the system performance of the scheme we proposed here is much better. The scheme also covergences very fast.Aiming at the resource allocation schemes for multi-cell cellular mobile communication network, then we studied the multi-cell dynamic resource allocation schemes. We proposed a resource allocation scheme for multi-cell cellular mobile communication system based on the OFDMA characteristics. In the scheme, the propority of each cell lies on the use of the spectrum resource. The control center collects all the transmission status of all the cells in the system and calculates the propority of each cell which will be used as the criterion in the following steps. The simulation results show that the performance and the capactity of the system is improved very much.
