The emergence of Ajax techniques has greatly improved the effectiveness of the user experience to solve client data handle difficult questions. Although being widely used in the Web application development, Ajax also has its faults such as lack of supportment of mature technology frameworks.This thesis's background comes from a large-scale enterprise's project information management systems. For the questions of the enterprise information system and the business characteristics, I design the project information management system and the actual development. The main aim is to improve corporate office level of electronic information, implove the efficiency of enterprises through data sharing, data management, flow control, etc.In this thesis, a detailed description is given on the subject's background, the goal and meaning of the research. Ajax technology and RIA theory are being analyzed and expatiated, and then, a RIA application framework base on Ajax is being put forward. In this paper, the design ideas of MVC architecture are used and had implementated a RIA application framework. This framework can speed up the development of Web application base on Ajax; resolve the current difficulties in the web development; reduce the response time the customer requests of web application in practice; mitigate the server load and bandwidth consumption in web application; and greatly increase the user experience. Lastly, the paper analyzes the application of RIA framework base on Ajax for the characteristics of project management system, focuses the development of the whole process with the engineering management module, issues which need to do and so on, and then analyzes the typical Ajax application.
