Research On Shot Change Detection System In Content-Base Video Retrieval

Now Content-Base video retrieval is the new hot spot in multimedia area, It comprehensive digital image processing, digital video processing, multimedia, database, and may other discipline, use under characteristics of video as basis, overcome traditional Text-Base's short comings. In the processing of video retrieval, shot change detection is the first step of system. The accurate of shot change detection related to the whole video retrieval system, It is the most important part of video retrieval system.This paper deeply research on Content-Base video retrieval and shot change detection. First aggregate analysis shot change detection technique ,classification present technique ,and targeted analysis algorithm. And highlight introduction adaptive technique. Bring my owe algorithm and system aim at robust and efficient. In the comparison of simulation ,compare some algorithm which optimization for some specific video. In the simulation we can find that my algorithm have great advantage in robust . Comparison non-compression and compression ,we can clear see that my algorithm compression have clear effect in efficient.In the end paper aggregate the research work .And forecast video retrieval and shot change detection .In predictable ,video retrieval and shot change detection will be widely applied in the next few years.
