| This thesis researched into the modular design of the vertical mixers'control system to improve the design efficiency, shorten the cycle of designing and manufacturing, and reduce the total cost.Firstly, this thesis introduced the common concept of modularity and the correlative theories and methods of modular design, which the control system design based on. With lucubrating and synthesizing many productions, an integrated method of modular design with four phases was proposed, as the steps of each phase and the key technologies ware introduced in detail. In the end, the emphases and difficulties ware discussed.Secondly, basing on analyzing the characteristic of the vertical mixers'producing process and its special structure, the characteristic of components which constitute mixers'control system and its main functions was studied, which prepared for the modular design of vertical mixers'control system.Finally, with the guides of an integrated modular design theory and in terms of the specific of vertical mixers'control system, the specific modular design method of the vertical mixers'control system was proposed. In which the control system appropriateness to modularity was analyzed and its degree of modularity was evaluated, then the modularity strategies and the specific method of design ware identified. After that, the black box's model of each part of the mixer's control system was built, the hardware design was finished, and the control system's hierarchical diagram was drawn. At last, the key control programs of PLC ware programmed, and the result of designing was analyzed and evaluated.Additionally, the methods of the vertical mixers'control system modular design researched in this thesis had applied in the design and manufacture of some small scale of vertical mixer and acquired good effect, which passed the factory's check and accept successfully. It indicated that the method was scientific and feasible, added the theories and methods of modular design. |
