The System of Drilling-Geology Design has been used in Shengli Field geological log company from 2002.The system provided powerful functions,such as data management,data query and report generating,etc.But the system has not decision support function,the data accumulate in database has not been fully taken advantage of.In the system upgrade,we will add in data mining function,which is association rules mining in oil well complex situations data.The project is to analyse oil well complex situations problem by association rules mining, the thesis consists of three parts.Firstly, this paper introduces the related techonology,the theoretic basis of data mining and the emphasize attached to association rules mining problem,then Apriori algorithm and its improment algorithm are analyzed specifically.Secondly, this paper introduces architecture, major function and database physical structure design related to association mining function. Aiming at the data characteristic or complex situations ,a Apriori algorithm improvement based on vector has been provide,which has been proved correctness and validity by data set tests.Finally,two functions are added to system ,which is mining associations of each complex situations and associations of complex situations with their factors. According to various requirement of two functions,the data is separatly pretreatmented.The improved algorithm is used to mining the data after pretreatmented,the result indicates that association rule been mined can provide good decision support for oil wells design.
