Heart attack is a common chronic disease which disturbs the patient frequently. It is the main disease that threatens the people's life because the disease deteriorates slowly and is not easy to detect as well as get high danger to human being. Based upon these reasons, the research of cardiac electric detection and self-diagnosis system and their developing get far-reaching influence and the preprocessing of cardiac electric signal and the detection of wave form which are the key problems in the system of cardiac electric detection and self-diagnosis, decide the eventual performance of diagnosing and curing the heart disease. However, the current method of cardiac electric signals processing and means of automatic analysis, to some extent., cannot avoid some defects inherently, consequently the research to cardiac electric signals would present great importance in theory and practical application.Based on the analysis of the technology of self-diagnosis electrocardiogram, this paper mainly focuses on the algorithm concerning the de-noising and detection of cardiac electric signals, moreover, a dual-mode cardiac electric and self-detection system is designed based upon wavelet transform. The main work of this paper would be listed as follows:1. The current circumstance on the development of ECG monitor and the related common knowledge of irregular cardiac rhythm have been got to know and then a cardiac electric detection and self-diagnosis system architecture are proposed based upon the dual-mode of both personal computer and DSP with mobile terminals.2. In term of the problems in conventional cardiac electric signals de-noising method, this paper study de-noising method of wavelet and apply it to denoise the cardiac electric signals and the optimal wavelet function and threshold value regulation have been selected with the analysis to the comparison between theory and practices. A good performance is presented in the experiment.3. Concerning the problems in QRS detection in traditional scheme, the scheme of singular point detection by wavelet transform is studied in this paper and it furthermore has been applied to QRS detection and what's more, via analyzing the selection of wavelet function in singular point detection as well as the selection of transformation scale, the steps of QRS detection are finally determined. Experimental results demonstrate a good performance. 4. The detection of P&T wave is a tough work in cardiac electric detection. Based on both of the datum point of QRS wave group feature points and the relationship between the slope and magnitude of the P&T wave, the algorithm of difference magnitude is proposed in this paper ,which achieves the aim of localization to wave peak point as well as both starting point and ending point.5. Based on the study of de-noising of electrocardiogram and feature detection, the design of the system has been accomplished and part of the function modules are also put into practice.
