With a more important role the seismic interpretation system playing in oilfields, the workload of seismic interpretation has increased significantly. A collaborated working environment can be set up by gradually optimizing computer software and hardware resources of seismic interpretation system through the establishment of integrated working environment with unified software management, unified data storage, unified application platform and unified technical support. In this paper, the C/S and B/S architecture and load balancing algorithms is studied based on an introduction of the development trend of seismic interpretation system integration technology and research methods. To constructed a stable, safe and high-speed enviroment for software working and data storage with SAN optical fiber storage, SUN high-end server and HP cluster by high-speed 10G nework. To Set up a back stage soft application environment based on C/S infrastructure and then change C/S to B/S architecture through SGD(Secure Global Desktop) software. It will construted a flexible and high efficiency front stage working environment. The front stage environment will not be configured. User platform can be designed and optimized by load-balancing principle to make it a highly applicable, easily extensible, safe and collaborative seismic interpretation platform. The optimal distribution of resources can be achieved by adopting specific load balancing strategies and methods. Load balance is impacted mainly by 3 factors: namely, algorithms, network topology and particle size of load balancing. A dynamic load-balancing algorithm is proposed that is simple and easy to use under seismic interpretation system clustering environment. Experimental results have shown that the selection of application environment is correct, feasible and effective. It is an enterprise-level seismic interpretation software deployment and environment integration work environment that is suitable for promotion to give a full play of servers, clusters, workstations, PC and interpretation application.
