With the acceleration of the modern warfare pace, the rapid increasing in battlefield surveillance data, commanders are often confronted with increasing pressure on the cognitive. The most important reason why may the pressure come into being is that commenders are often distracted by the emerging battlefield information, which seriously impacts the decision-making of commanders. In order to reduce the amount of"focus point"in the process of commanders'cognition for avoiding the problem above, this thesis systematically discusses the force aggregation issue in the view of function models and realization approaches. In a word, the main contribution of this thesis is as follows:1. A data-fusion-based force aggregation function model is improvedBased on the analysis on the formation cause of the"Glare of War", the characteristics of force aggregation for Combined Naval Air Operation are pointed out, and the function model of force aggregation based on the JDL data fusion process is improved.2. The Single-Frame-Based and the Multi-Frame-Based Target Grouping methods are presented.According to the characteristics of relation between the airborne and sea targets, the operation weighted network are proposed, meanwhile, two kinds of Single-Frame-Based Target Grouping methods—TGUH and TGCNM are presented. Then, considering the time factor, the Multi-Frame-Based Target Grouping method—TG-Stream is presented.3. A group classification method based on the fuzzy set theory is introduced.According to the characteristics of group classification, an improved partial supervised and weighted fuzzy C-Means algorithm based on the fuzzy set theory is presented.
