With the rapidly development and popularization of the network technology, information resource has been demanded and depended more and more for military. On the other hand, the question of information security is also coming out. However, different from the civil network, the military information network has its particularity and greatly high strength security requirements, such as anti-interception, antijamming, anti-destroys, anti-forge, the security, the privilege, the different net interlocks exchanges. According to these speciale demands, it's become very important to ensure the information security of military network. It also this article aims at that to launch the research of guaranteeing the military network information security. And the military documents receiving and dispatching system has been designed and realized finally. This system can promote the security in military network environment.Firstly, we took encryption as research entity. Because it's the foundation of digital signature technology. The three big encryptions technologies algorithm , the symmetrical encryption, the asymmetrical encryption and hashing function have been given general analyzed. In this foundation, the fit and unfit quality of main digital signature algorithms has been given quantification contrast. We take Blowfish, RSA and SHA-1 signature algorithms as algorithms of this system and give detailed elaboration.After that, some army automated center become our research entity,and the existence question of this army network work has been analyzed. The conclusion shows that the PKI system structure adopts the sole trust pattern is the question produces root. In the foundation of full analysis to this network office information system security requirements, the PKI trust model has been designed, which has the level trust and the overlapping trust unifies. It can enhance the certificate authentication efficiency the PKI trust system.Finally, the unifies authentication plan was proposed during the design and realization of military document receiving and dispatching system, which contains bidirectional and double-decked unifies authentication plan between customer end and server end. The security identification authentication plan of the user+serial number + password + marking equipment(the electronic U plate) also has been proposed in second layer. It can not only realized the authentication of user's status, but also achieved the authentication of specific use equipment. The system has the function of document encryption, decipher, digital signature, signature confirmation and document receiving and dispatching. It also can can provide status authentication service, jurisdiction control service, information security service and data integrity service during information transmission process. It overcomes the disease only recognizes the equipment not to recognize people of the present sole authentication way. It provided a relative security reliable environment for military network work.After the actually test, this system can satisfied the initial design need, can satisfied the basic demand of military network work, and it also has the certain practical useing value.
