Three-dimensional profile measurement is now widely applied in different areas, such as reveres engineering, robot vision, on-line quality control and cartoon. In the paper, from analyzing the traditional two-frequency profile measurement and reconstruction system, we present a two-frequency profile measurement and reconstruction system based on Spatial equal gray. In this system, we get a image of spatial equal gray, which is projected to the reference plane, form the CCD camera, then, the reference image and the object image separate subtract from the image of spatial equal gray, finally, we unwrap the wrapped phase and get the three-dimensional profile information of the object. This technique could extend the effective band of the traditional two-frequency profile measurement system. In the paper, the principle of two-frequency profile measurement and reconstruction system based on spatial equal gray is derailed description. Discuss the relation of phase and highness, and analyses the input-output characteristic. Based on these work, we measure a really object in our laboratory, then, testify that the input-output is linear and prove this system could achieve the mission of three-dimensional profile measurement and reconstruction.What is contained in the thesis is as following:(1) Introduce some methods which are popularity nowadays, and particularize the principle of them.(2) According to the relation between phase and unwrapping path, the phase unwrapping methods are classified and derailed description the principle of different phase unwrapping methods, field of application and limitation, and give the improvement means.(3) The method of two-frequency profile measurement and reconstruction system based on spatial equal gray is discussed, and analyzes the measurement resolution, the maximum measurement range, the object maximum slope and the spatial periods of project grating.(4) The function and applied range of the software which completes the three dimensional profile measurement and reconstruction are introduced.(5) Discuss the relation between phase and highness, and analyses the input-output characteristic. We also testify that the input-output is linear and prove this system could achieve the mission of three-dimensional profile measurement and reconstruction.The theoretical analysis, system establishment, computer simulation, software design and practical experiment offer the reference and the beneficial help for the further study.
