Research And Development On Key Plant Reote Condition Monitoring And Fault Diagnoses System And Its Application

The vibration monitor and diagnosis technology has been widely applied in modern equipment maintenance and management, responding to the much more complexity and precision of large scale equipments, so far, it has created huge economic and social benefits. The development and investigation of monitor and diagnosis technology is mainly researched in this paper. Based on these theories, a remote condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system is developed, and some key technologies of the system are researched into. It mainly resolves several important questions as follows.(1)The knowledge system about the vibration monitor and diagnosis technology is summarized and a remote network based condition monitoring and fault diagnosis online system which has abundant of functions is developed.(2)The data-compression of the system is researched into, a lossless data-compression technology based on integer wavelet and a loss data-compression technology based on feature extraction for fault signals are brought forward.(3)The Database structure of the system is researched into, an optimizing scheme is proposed and a strict test on the scheme is done.
