In the computer animation technology, in the area of three-dimensional object deformation based on metaball and error datas processing using fuzzy c-means clustering algorithm do some work.Metaball is a kind of implicit surfaces modeling technology. Regulation of the parameters of meatball can master the shape of three-dimensional Objects, the parameters include the skeleton, the center, the effect radius and the field function. Present a component-based calculating the bounding box of objects, find out influence component of any point within the deformation space, calculate the field function of the point, and calculate the value and normal of iso-surface by the marching cubes algorithm. Finally, we achieve the deformation process of the objects by OpenGL.In order to make fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm to handle data with some errors, two new clustering algorithms are proposed for the data with some errors. Set membership of each data error threshold, Attached to each data error should not exceed the error threshold is given. These algorithms which are based on the entropy regularized fuzzy c-means. First, the tolerance which means the permissible range of the error is introduced into optimization problems which relate with clustering, and the tolerance is the upper bound of partition matrix. Next, the problems are solved using Kuhn-Tucker conditions. Last, the algorithms are constructed based on the results of solving the problem. The correctness and effectiveness of algorithms was Proved.
