In recent years, with the development of information society, computer-assisted test system has been gradually replacing the traditional examination. Computer examination system with its unique advantages in the modern education played important roles. The use of the examination system can be detected to carry out an effective examination of the testing has become a key factor in the success. In this paper, we studied on the paper system for the following problems, test papers for the current system in the low success rate, the long-term test papers, and the test generation can not meet the measurement requirements of education, etc.First of all, papers in various indicators and constraints were analysed, and then a mathematical model for test papers was established according to the performance of papers. Hereafter, based on the regulation of chromosome and the chromosome library, the advanced genetic algorithm was set up on the analysis of the reasons for premature of genetic algorithm and the existing preventive measures. The global optimization ability of the advanced genetic algorithm was verified by the function tests with other genetic algorithm. The experimental results show that genetic algorithm can effectively improve the prevention of precocious puberty, and the speed of convergence of which has been greatly increased than the traditional genetic algorithm. Finally, the advanced genetic algorithm was applied to test paper system, and the results after the realization of the system show, through the examples, that the Intelligent Test Paper System based on advanced genetic algorithm was with high speed of paper test, with high-quality papers, and met the needs of the actual test papers.
