Biometric identification technology is the use of the person's biological characteristics to carry out biometric identification technology, its unique strengths to meet the needs of the information times, become the identification methods that traditional methods can not matched.Biological feature recognition technology of human hand shape, with its advantages of high certified speed, low cost of equipment, higher stability, it has been widely applied at medium and low level secrurity system, and has also attracted more and more attention.but in our country the technology is still in the research and development phase, there are a lot of technical problems requiring in-depth research and analysis.In this paper, Biological feature recognition technology of human hand shape to do a systematic study, from the acquisition of hand shape image and pre-processing to the feature extraction and certification of hand shape have to do a careful analysis, Finally to do a more in-depth studies on the palm-shaped extraction algorithm that is the core issue in palm-shaped feature recognition technology, after contrast the traditional algorithm and the current number of improved algorithm, present a palm-shaped feature matching algorithm based on the transform coordinates domain, and simulate algorithm process by using PC, digital camera, MATALAB7.0 software, rsults show that the new algorithm optimize the traditional algorithm, and it is more accuracy,the algorithm also successfully solved the problems because of image rotation, translation, stretching in the Palm-shaped acquisition process, as a result the acquisition process has also removed the shackles of a fixed suppository, and the display of your hand is more flexible, t the experiments show that the error rates and the error rates refuse are moderate in the algorithm, computational speed is also faster ,there is a distinct advantage, and there is a lot of improve space and research value.
