Inference function is one of important features of human being's intelligence, and computational intelligence is new important technique of realization of artificial intelligence. Fuzzy inferences are theory bases and kernels of fuzzy expert systems and fuzzy control systems, are also useful tools for fuzzy information processing and machine intelligence in information science, therefore, are significant research subjects of computer science, control science and decision-making science. Affective computing which is involved in philosophy, psychology, aesthetics and anthropology, etc, is a novel challengeable research region.Recent research has shown that the visual feathers of an image, such as color, texture and shape, play an important role in the content-based image retrieval. Image affecting people affective feeling not only depend on low-level features such as color and texture; some objects in high-level image also give people different affective reaction. Some object may make different emotional effect, one feel kind for the water as it is source of life but afraid of flood. This is the difference from general image semantic retrieval. At present, the discussion of image retireval about affective computing has emerged from behind the research of affective computing theory and application.In this paper, based on the previous research, we make some work list that emphatically: Firstly, we select and modify algorithms that certified by a great deal of test and reference documents for extracting visual features(color, texture and shape) from images, at the same time, we accumulate a lot of transcendent expert knowledge. Then, we establish a proper space and express style for quantifying the affective concept; we propose a fuzzy inference method to annotate the emotional images. Meanwhile, we establish an effective model and explain the model in detail. Finally, we establish a hardware platform of image collection system and motion control robot car. We control the moving(forward and backward) of robot car according to the rules. The results show that the emotions based on fuzzy inference are basically tallies with the characteristics of image.
