Web search engine has become an important tool for people to find the information. Traditional centralized search engine cannot satisfy the information demand since the web information is growing strikingly. As the P2P technology developed fast, People bring up the search technology based on the P2P, and soon it became a hotspot.P2P technology developed fast in recent years. P2P is a new compute mode, which is different from the traditional client/server mode. The mode can connect many distributed nodes, which have the same position in this network. The node could provide services to other nodes, and also receive services from other nodes in the network. Because of the advantages of P2P network over traditional network, such as: strong network expansion, good correcting ability, low cost, good use of distributed resources, it is used in quantities of application areas, for example, file sharing, distributed computing, distributed information storage, cooperative work, multicast of application layer, service of stream media and so on. As a result of the inadequate of traditional network, web search engine has been promoted by people, in order to build web search engine and provide web services in network. This article analyze the application mode in P2P network, and particularly introduce technology details of P2P network communication. At first, the article describe algorithm of P2P network and analyze their performances. Then, based on the distinguished feature of P2P network, a framework of resource search method and data communication between different nodes has been designed. In this paper, overlapped port technology is also used to improve the performance of the system.
