A Study And Implement Of The Micropayment Scheme

E-commerce in computer and communication networks environment is growing rapidly. Payment, as an important part of E-commerce, has become electronic. Several means of E-payment emerged, such as payment via Internet, payment via telephone and payment via mobile, etc. E-payment can also be divided into macro-payment and micro-payment by arrange of the payment allowance. Micro-payment, as a brand new means of payment, is drawing much more attention of academy and institution for its high efficiency, security and its application differences from macro-payment.In this thesis, the general E-payment is talked about first as the background of micro-payment and models of E-payment and its characters are summarized. Then the classical micro-payment protocols' details and characters are analyzed. The problem of exposing the customers' privacy to other entities in the micro-payment is specially discussed. Under these discussions, the integrated anonymity in the micro-payments is defined and a simple practical anonymous micro-payment scheme is proposed in order to keep the privacy in the payment and protect customers' demands. The scheme is based on the Hash chain in which a pseudonym mechanism and debit-based payment are introduced with the purpose of anonymity.At the last of the thesis, a prototype of this anonymous micro-payment scheme is designed and implemented in a particular application - music online listening, and the details of the prototype are stated.
