I am work in the department Central Network Management of BMCC.The department consists of NMD group,OMC group and NMS group.Nowadays,capturing the effective information exactly and in time is the important precondition of the network management. Along with the network size extended, the network management construction become more deeply and strengthen. So it becomes the chief work that the mobile network management become centralized, synthetical, subtly ,and the three working groups close contact with each other to create advanced and perfect, BMCC's high-performance mobile network management system. The paper combined with my practical work, from the three areas of Beijing Mobile's network management structure and to do to achieve a detailed presentation and discussion, for the mobile communications network management system to provide a number of reference and learn from.
