With the rapid development and extensive use of internet technology, there shows a series of creative application of the results in military applications. The implementation of information warfare is based on the information battlefield. Information system includes communications, command and control, information transmission, computer database with the battlefield and various user terminals. From the basic component of the information battlefield, any satellite subsystems can not be separated from the support of information resources. It can be said that the satellite information resource is the important foundation and elements for the battlefield. In the light of satellite information takes on important military position in the decision-making, it is a pressing issue that how the wealth of satellite information can be converted into combat power. As the tools of collaboration positioning and distribution of file-sharing, information distribution system plays a more and more predominant role in the military field. In order to provide a flexible, efficient, scalable distribution services for Satellite information, parallel multi-point transmission technology is used. All those peers involved in the distribution are organized to P2P networks and information is disseminated in the whole network in a certain way. Client peers can also download the needed content from multiple peers. Any client peers with part of the contents can offer external download service. Between the nodes the contents are exchanged in accordance with the certain resources transaction agreement. The client peer is not only the client side also a server, which has overcome the flaw that the formula transmission performance is limited by the serve in the former transmission mode, as well as enables the system to have the very good extension and optimizes the performance of the system. In order to improve the efficiency of transmission, the peer selection strategy based on response time is used to choose the participating in distributing peer, which selects the peers with fast response and good service performance according to the response time that surveys the news to the peer. Except for the node optimization and selection, the suitable block size is chosen according to the satellite information's type, in order to save the system resources, raises the downloading speed. Through the optimization of parallel multi-spot transmission, as far as possible, the satellite information distribution system is more effective.
