Currently, in the Army, the management and command level and tools of the integrative military oil supporting have not yet met the need of winning future information based warfare. Therefore, the Department of military oil supporting must breakthrough the traditional pattern and resort of management, and use the advantage of the technology of computer and network to study and develop the system of integrative military oil supporting, in order to effectively utilize the information resource related with military oil management, and to improve the level of informationization for military oil supporting, and finally to improve the integrative supporting level in both peacetime and wartime. An information system of military oil integrative support is analyzed and designed by the article, which is based on the analysis of the development trend and the current status of the military oil support. In the article, the top design of the information system is showed at first, including its business architecture, information architecture and system architecture. The system uses the advanced technology of Agent, Multi_Agent Systems and ontology to realize a dynamic, open system for integrative support of military oil based on JADE platform which abides the FIPA specification. The system has not only high survivability, high security and high expansibility, but also a certain degree of intelligence and automatism, and it supports the heterogeneous system to dynamically join in, and also supports to dynamically join in an another heterogeneous system as a subsystem. The information system of military oil integrative support not only improves the information level of the daily management work, but also makes a beneficial attempt for the integrative support of military oil in the context of joint operations.
