Plenty of CO2 gas is produced during the process of hydrogen manufacture in petrol-chemistry fields. It will pollutes atmosphere if CO2 gas is emitted directly. On the other hand, dry ice which is another fied of CO2 is used widely in other industries. Nowadays, many refining projects are brought into operation in order to turn waste into wealth.A computer monitoring system for a thirty thousand ton CO2 refinedly retrieving project of Sanjiang idustry joint-stock company of Jiaxing Zhejiang province is discussed in this paper. According to the designing requirements and actual surroundings, a reliable and low cost control system (DCS structure) is designed based on configuration software named MACSV made by HollySys . And also some measures are used to optimize PID controler parameters. The monitoring system has not only friendly HMI which is convenient to operator but also good stability and expansibility. It can reflect the real-time situation of the production vividly so that it provides a strong support for the successive running of the chemical production safely and reliably.In addition, in order to reducing cost and improving the production efficiency,a RBF neural newwork soft sensing method is used to solve the problem ,which the concentration of CO2 can not be Real-time tested. This method makes it possible to control the concentration of CO2 and coordinate other process parameters directly. And simulation results indicate that the method is accurate and feasible.
