With the rapid development of information technology and computer networks, information security and copyright of digital product have become the practical problems. Digital watermarking, the technology of embedding special information into multimedia data, is a topic that has recently gained increasing attention all over the world. Static digital image is used as the research object in paper, which combines wavelet theory and singular value decomposition theory. Mainly research content is as follow:(1) This paper considers the static digital image as the main research object. It firstly summarizes the background of digital watermarking development and the basic theory framework, and then introduces three digital watermarking algorithms in the wavelet transform.①Algorithm one is based on discrete wavelet transform(DWT) and watermark information is the information by wavelet transform of the Arnold jumbled watermark.②Algorithm two is based on discrete wavelet transformation and singular value decomposition(SVD). It makes well use of the characteristics of DWT and SVD By doing singular value decomposition to the subbands of multi-DWT of the Arnold jumbled watermark and embedding those singular value data to the corresponding DWT-SVD subbands of the original image . Watermark extraction is the inverse transform of Watermark embedding.③The similarity of the third algorithm to the second one. The difference is that Watermark image singular value is divided into two parts.(2) Emulational experiments are did in Matlab, Experimental results demonstrate that the three watermarking algorithms have better effect : The watermark is invisible and robust against kinds of classical attacks.(3) Finally, it's overall summarization of this paper and forecasting of further research work.
